Baked Brie with Balsamic and Rosemary Roasted Grapes

This simple appetizer is not only a delicious show stopper but a great way to reduce waste. Those leftover grapes that have softened are transformed into a delicious snack cheese topper. I absolutely love roasted grapes paired with a creamy warm melted cheese. Tossing them in balsamic gives them a sweet caramelized flavour that is truly addictive. Serve it with your favourite crackers and homemade crostini. Making crostini is a great way to revive leftover stale bread. Serve this appetizer for your next gathering or make it a date night and enjoy it with a bottle of bubbly!!
